im in hampi now with hannah and matthew from england. all good. wound almost healed, pretty scar left. just had a banana-coconut juice. on my way to the guest house to do some sunset yoga -> have to get a grip of yoga before the ttc course on feb !!! so excited! my body will love that and hate me for not doing that always.
