In Artjuna I sat at a table with two older men (Israeli and Canadian) from whom I learned yet another points of view of life, and heard stories I was asking for. I ate a really nice salad (I love the menu there, pure veg and no alcohol) and gave a massage to the Canadian who's shoulders really looked like they could use one. People are so tense nowadays, that's one of the reasons we are having such dark energies all around the world. Pleeease people, stretch and relax your muscles. And please start using them if you don't. Everywhere I go I see muscles that needs touch. Yeah, touch, even touch will do it. Anything that shifts their energies from bad to good. http://ceccacare.blogspot.in/2016/11/get-rid-of-negative-energy_21.html Here's something I wrote about negative thoughts (from others or from yourself) becoming and staying as negative energy in your body and I know that so many dislike their bodies. And so many dislike other's. But enough of that and back to the story.
They invited me to a private party (only foreigners) and we changed numbers. Just in case my intuition says go there. After they left I did some wifi (most often it's writing, but also keeping touch with friends and family and reading and listening to stuff I follow), but it was already pretty late so I left to meet Babal at Ganga Riverside. I got lost that time too and was calling Babal to help me with the directions. We hung out there a bit, I gave a massage to Gorish who had been so stressed out lately and we went for food at Babal's - his aunt made something that burned my mouth while eating it, and Babal's sister and cousin were there too. Oh yeah I totally forgot to say that after christmas Babal's mom went to the hospital for an operation and there was tension in the air because no one said anything to anyone about what's going on. Eventually we found out that she had her womb removed, she is well now and home already. Then Babal brought me home to shower and get ready and went to Geeta's. There were others as well for example Zola who is also living in the same property. He's an artist and has been working since the beginning of December in Goa getting it ready for new year's. The other day I was hanging out with him and he showed me stuff he'd drawn in college. I asked if maybe he could draw me a mermaid tattoo, next to my new dolphin I got me for christmas, haha, forgot to tell about that too. It was a funny story actually. I hopped on my scooter and started driving, not sure where I'll end up and I came to Calangute, parked my bike and walked towards the beach when a few guys starts to talk to me and sell me mehandhi (henna tattoo), I followed them and they took me to a Dolphin Tattoo place. I figured that this was now the time and place for the dolphin tattoo and told them that I'd rather have a real one. Also the tattooer wanted to give me a little star for a gift, and he wanted it to be on my tummy. I didn't so it's now behind my ear. I've only taken tattoos (I now have 3) in India, for it is soooo much cheaper here. For 2000 rupees (800 is 10€) I got the dolphin and the star, both are small ones but still. In Finland what I hear is the starting price is 50€. And last time also it was R2000 if I remember right.
Back to new year's, so there was a fire outside and people around it: Geeta, Peter, Babal, Zola, a couple that were friends of Gorish (they were staying in one room that was ready, really nicely decorated with a bathroom - when I saw it I thought I could easily stay here, or my sister) and two friends of Babal. We had some beer there and because I wanted to go to Pappichulo to see Johan and Rohit and the party in general, we went there. It was around 23 at the time and only Rohit was there, Johan was with his girlfriend at home. So there was a nice party going on and I met new people (for example girls that felt like witch family to me). I heard someone saying something about going to the beach to see the fireworks and me and Babal left. Then I was like are we now the only ones going there, that let's go back (:D) and we went back. I was on the bar talking with Rohit who was behind the bar and a few minutes before midnight some guy started dancing behind me. I turned around and danced back a little then turned back to talk with Rohit and the guy came closer and I turned again to see what's he up to and something happened and I found myself head down, him pulling my hair and then others noticed that this isn't fun anymore and took him down. I don't know what he was tripping on or why he acted like that, but Babal told me later that the guy first was in front of him looking at him before came to me. Maybe he thought I'm Babal's girlfriend or something and was confused. :D I would have wanted to know what his thoughts were. Anyway he tried to fight back, he was saying like "what the f##k" when he was looking at me but they put him down and carried him out and threw some water on him. I was very confused about what had just happened, and then the year changed. Everyone was hugging each other and I was there, a little confused, but all good, peaceful. Happy new year.
This was a sign that keep on moving and we went to Omkar's place, he has two restaurant/bars on a beach where there's nothing else. I didn't know he had places but apparently we went there two years ago as well. Miscommunication I assume. So there I met more of Babal's (and Omkar's) friends but Omkar himself wasn't there. We chilled out there and had something to eat, then we went to his trance place for a dance but left to Hilltop where Geeta and Peter told they'd be. We didn't find them and I wanted to go to sleep so we left there too and chilled out at my place for the last moments before saying farewell to the year of 2016. Many people, different places but each moment I went with the flow. Goa, especially Anjuna is full with hectic people around new year's (Indians travelling for the holidays to party) so there were hectic energies as well, but altogether it was a nice evening. I did some dancing by myself before I went to sleep and the next day was veeeery lazy. Or not quite, my bike was with Babal so he came to pick me up, I took the swing with me and gave it to the family and we went for lunch to Omkar's place ((he wasn't there). I really want to see him so tomorrow when I go back to Anjuna for the last days in India, I'm hoping to meet him finally. Two years ago we hung out with him many times. But the food was good. Then we drove to Ganga where Babal's bike was so I got mine back. And on the way back home I stopped to see the kids and the mom at the store. There were two kids now and the baby and the one I saw before was sooo happy to see me and was holding my hand a lot and showing me to her (not sure which one) friend. I asked the mom what she wants and gave her R100. I don't usually give money but I felt it this time. A new years gift. Also the day I got the tattoos I saw a woman with three kids and they needed some money to get to Mumbai, so I gave them.
On Monday there was a movie night in Artjuna and I was there with my laptop writing (I was supposed to book me a room in Arambol where I was going to the next day, but didn't). The movie was about a Brazilian kid who became a pro football player. During the movie a pirate-looking guy from Australia came next to me, and after the movie we talked a lot. He knew a lot about stones and meditation so we had fun talking. The next day I left in the evening and got here (Arambol), where I still am, until tomorrow. The purpose was to meet my Hungarian friend Ariënn, mermaid, angel and possibly some other life experiences with me as well who is staying here for two months, making and selling her stone jewellery (very beautiful). I had already met the brothers at the older one's hummus place Black Pearl (I'm a regular there) and after I found a room I went there. I didn't like the room I just took, but was too hasty, and one guy took me to German Bakery that had rooms upstairs. It was smaller but much nicer so I got my stuff and went there with a scooter lift from one of the Black Pearl pirates, haha, how I call them from now on. I was there for three nights and after that I had to move out, for it was too noisy each night and I, respecting and loving to sleep but being unable to sleep enough, wasn't keen on staying there anymore. Now I'm staying at Yoga Village in a small and cute hut, similar I had in Gokarna two years ago but with a bathroom, and the place is sooooo shanti. There are yoga lessons and freedom to use the areas for private yoga or dancing but I haven't yet used them, maybe later today. My room is big enough for dancing and there's no one watching.
I've met Ariënn now for three times, first when she was selling her stuff at the beach market sunset time, where anyone can sell anything. There is also a drumming circle going on each sunset, a lot of people enjoying life, wearing what they want, doing what they want and practising stuff for example joggling. Local kids selling peanuts and jewellery, some selling and grilling corn, others just hanging out and observing. The next day she picked me up and we went to her place to cook lunch. She's living with three other people (two dancer/performers and one's boyfriend) in a big house about 10 minute drive away and there was soo much space for dancing - and a big mirror! I felt the dance vibes and did some moves myself. We cooked the food and ate it while talking about our lives (I only met her once before, randomly in the air from Colombo to London when a stewart asked me if I could change my seat but we felt the connection and wanted to stay in touch, and after three years we meet again). She took me to Black Pearl where I hung out for a while. And the next day I went to the sunset market again and after that we had dinner and talked about Greek mythology and other interesting topics. That was yesterday.
Other times I either hang out with Sahil, Sajid and the other guys at Black Pearl or behind it where there's a chill out lounge, at German Bakery where I got company even though I was on the phone with my sister and brother, or some other wifi place writing and doing my other work or in my room stretching. Some people I talk to I tell these stories about mermaids and pirates, about soul's journey through lifetimes and many others and usually I learn something from them as well, or we create new together. I've met people from Sudan, Yemen, Qatar, Israel, different parts of India, Germany, Russia and some other places and heard different ways of living and thinking, experiencing. I've massaged Sahil, Sajid, the guy who gave me and my backpack the lift with his scooter and one guy's knee for his other leg is hurt so he has to use the other one much more and he had pain there. Telling all these boys to start stretching and massaging themselves for that is a pretty good way to prevent hurts to happen and showing them easy ways to stretch. Also in the middle of the back where the angel wings would be, people usually have too little space, many have the muscles too tight around the bones, so no wonder there is tension everywhere. It never gets released and it piles up day after day, year after year. And in cold places where people don't dress properly and feel cold, they hold the tension in their shoulders to keep warm, but that's just an illusion and it only makes things worse.
I've had problems with my master card here in India, the ATM won't give me money from my bank account, only from the credit side and on Wednesday I paid my credit bill but because Friday was a national holiday in Finland and the banks were closed, I couldn't get money from the credit side either. Yesterday I met a guy from Qatar who gave me R1000 to survive this day. Tomorrow before I leave (I asked Babal if he could arrange a pick-up for me, taxi costs R800) I need to go to the ATM and pay him back. And tomorrow I'll meet Ariënn for the last time, until we meet again somewhere in the world. She loves Indonesia and has been travelling for the past 18 months now so she might be there in April for the Yoga festival. Or not. Time will tell. I will be there. Hopefully.
I just had late lunch (past four now), palak paneer, cottage cheese in spinach sauce and the sauce was amazing. I've been here, at Negi Cafe since 11am writing this and I had fruit salad and coffee earlier. Now I'm thinking maybe another coffee or another place, Black Pearl maybe, I still have to try heal Sajid, the pain in his back isn't gone yet. I tell them to stretch their muscles and breathe deeper for with deeper breaths the oxygen goes further and releases bad stuff with exhales, also about energies and chakras for they feel my energy and want to know more about it. Also many has told me that shaking my hand for more than a few seconds does something, yesterday one guy said that feels like I'm filling him up with my energy. It's still a bit weird 'cause I don't quite know what other people feel around me, but this feedback is nice when they tell me my energy is very nice. So I thank them for that and keep doing my thing. ^^
Alright I'm back to the present now, so glad about it. I haven't taken much pictures in India, but I still got some time. Next Friday I'm flying out and On Saturday evening I'll land in Sydney. During my last days here, at least I want to hang out with Johan and Max, see Omkar, buy henna ink and more bindis (the forehead stickers I sometimes use) and work on my body to get rid of the tension before the flights. Also see the local kids once more, but I bet that happens when I again get lost. My landlady's 6 yo son came back from his grandparents so I hope to play with him a little too. And the dogs <3...
Oh yeah before I leave this wifi place I contact my Sydney friends, if anyone is able to pick me up at the airport and give me a place to stay or if I need to book a room. Bye.
